Hey! I’m Jamie-lee, I have over 8 years experience within the sales and lettings industry working for some of the major Estate agencies in the county. I’ve been awarded the Top regional lettings negotiator 4 years in a row. This is due to my passion for property. I enjoy finding the right homes for the right people and achieve this by taking a personal approach with my clients. I’ve found that this ensures longer tenancies and a better relationship between landlords and tenants. I’m excited to bring my very own agency and I’m keen to put all my experience to use. I’m an open book and like a good chat so come meet me for a coffee and we can discuss your property needs. You’ll find there is never a dull moment with me around and I invite you all on board for our new property journeys. Aside from work I have two wonderful children who are my motivation and when I’m not occupied with them you can find me training, going for walks and socialising with my friends. Hi guys, glad you’ve stopped by. My name is Fabian Satchwell, and I've been in the business of electrics and maintenance for over 8 years now. Conducting and project managing a vast range of planned and reactive works, from minor call out issues to full property renovations. As a seasoned entrepreneur, I've encountered my fair share of challenging projects, but I have a real passion for helping my clients achieve their goals. In addition to my electrical and project management experience, I'm also a landlord with 9 years of experience - I’ve owned, renovated and managed 18 units within our vibrant town of Luton. When I'm not busy keeping up with my businesses and properties, you can find me kicking back watching football, in the gym or cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
